  • Can I schedule a pickup?

    Sure! If you live in Miami, Fl & order $50 worth or more we can set up a time to meet. Email us for details > [email protected]

  • What Will happen if my package is lost or stolen?

    ALL Packages are sent with our return adress label. If for some reason the package is sent to the wrong address it will be returned back to us.

    *Please note that EVERY package has a tracking number. This allows us to see if your package was sent to the wrong address or wasn't received.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    We process orders multiple times throughout the day (Mon-Fri). For orders placed before 12 pm EST on these days, will be shipped the same business day unless there is a problem with your order (shipping address, out of stock item, etc.)

    Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
